iGuzzini. Light in the service of architecture.
iGuzzini ranks among the world's leading manufacturers of architectural lighting. Since 1959, the company from Recanati has been developing lighting tools for museums, cities, retail and working environments – under the guiding principle of “Social Innovation Through Lighting”.
What iGuzzini stands for.
Founded in Recanati in 1959, iGuzzini has grown from a family business into a globally active force in architectural lighting, since 2019 as part of Sweden's Fagerhult Group. Its ambition is as technical as it is cultural: light should not decorate spaces but serve them – in museums and churches as much as in retail, in the office or in the urban realm.
This is embodied in a product culture of utmost precision and miniaturisation: systems such as “Laser Evo” all but vanish into the architecture, leaving only the effect of the light. Among its widely noted projects is the relighting of Michelangelo's Pietà in St Peter's Basilica.
Behind iGuzzini stands the Guzzini family of entrepreneurs from the Marche region. Over the decades, luminaires have been created with great names in design – from Renzo Piano (“Lingotto”, “Le Perroquet” with Piano Design) to Ron Arad (“PizzaKobra”) and re-editions of historic designs by Gio Ponti.
iGuzzini in your project.
We plan independently of any manufacturer, choose the right luminaire for each room and task – and take care of sampling and sourcing.
