We take on the technical direction: from the function concept through tendering to commissioning – manufacturer-neutral, built on the open KNX standard – on request as general contractor for the entire electrical and building technology, KNX or Loxone, with full responsibility for the execution.

Function concept & room book
Before any technology is chosen, we clarify how you live: how do you dwell, work, entertain? The result is a room book that records every function of every room – the binding basis for all trades.
Electrical & network planning
Cable routing, distribution-board design, empty conduits, structured cabling and Wi-Fi coverage – the invisible infrastructure that costs almost nothing during the shell phase and is almost priceless to retrofit.
Coordination of trades
Lighting, shading, climate, ventilation, security and audio talk to each other via KNX. We coordinate the interfaces between electrician, HVAC, façade and security systems – before they become a problem.
Tendering & award
A bill of quantities that electrical contractors can actually price: you receive comparable offers instead of gut feeling – and we scrutinise them with you, down to the last position.
Programming specifications
Group-address structure, logic, scenes and visualisation concept are defined before a single line is programmed. The system stays maintainable – for any KNX-certified integrator.
Commissioning & documentation
We accompany commissioning, accept the system against the room book and hand over complete documentation – your building belongs to you, on paper too.

Beyond that, enlivion is a Loxone Gold Partner, and not just since yesterday: managing director René Seedorff has worked with Loxone almost from the company’s very beginnings – for more than twelve years. What we particularly like is combining both worlds: KNX as the robust, open infrastructure in the wall, Loxone as the elegant visualisation and logic layer on top. Not a question of faith – but technology where it performs best.

Initial consultation & needs analysis
We listen: living or working situation, habits, budget frame, schedule. Non-binding and free of charge – afterwards you know what makes sense and what doesn't.
Concept & room book
A function list per room, system architecture, plant areas and a budget corridor. The concept is the basis for your decisions – understandable without an engineering degree.
Detailed planning & tendering
Plans, schematics and a bill of quantities in tender-ready quality. On request, we obtain offers and evaluate them with you.
Construction supervision
We stay on the project: site visits at the critical moments, interface clarification, change management – so that the plan actually gets built.
Commissioning, training & documentation
Acceptance against the room book, fine-tuning of the scenes, training for all users and complete handover documentation.
